Israel is starving Palestinians

Claims that Israel is deliberately starving Palestinians in Gaza are baseless and misleading. The facts demonstrate Israel’s ongoing commitment to humanitarian aid:

  1. Massive aid facilitation: Israel has facilitated the transfer of over 1,300,000 tons of aid into Gaza, including 993,000 tons of food, through more than 65,000 trucks since October 2023. (Figures as of January 2025)
  2. No aid limits: Israel does not impose restrictions on the amount of aid entering Gaza, only conducting necessary security screenings.
  3. Stable food supply: Israeli assessments indicate a stable food supply in southern Gaza, with bustling markets and well-stocked aid agency warehouses.

Whereas Israel strives to get aid into Gaza, Hamas and affiliated groups are systematically stealing humanitarian aid meant for Gazan civilians. In one recent case, Hamas robbed 170 of 200 aid trucks entering Gaza. Additionally, Palestinian terrorists have also attacked the crossing where humanitarian aid enters Gaza. In under one month, (May 2024) Hamas launched attacks on the Kerem Shalom – one of the main humanitarian crossings) – four times, with one of the attacks killing four members of the IDF.
